I had an incredible experience here. I brought in a semi-set engagement ring with four loose opal cabochons hoping to get them set. Had a great chat with Nancy and Ramir about what would be required to set the stones. They are both extremely friendly and knowledgeable. Left the ring with them and came back 2 weeks later. I was blown away by the work Ramir did. The stones I brought in were not correct for the setting, but he was able to laser weld additional rose gold onto the prongs to fit them! I am absolutely thrilled with the outcome. Thank you Nancy & Ramir! I will be back.
