This ring features a marquise cut amethyst surrounded by a marquise shaped halo of dainty diamonds. On each side of the halo is one pear shaped amethyst, set under the ring's surface of flowing botanical metalwork. This cleverly, and uniquely, gives the appearance of 3 amethysts per side, yet without interrupting the delicately styled metalwork with any prongs. This is a well made ring, expertly restored and full of new life.
